SHIPPING + RETURN

SHIPPING

We offer free US shipping on all orders placed for $49 or more. Orders are normally processed within 48 hours and are shipped via USPS first class shipping.  It usually takes anywhere between 2 to 5 business days for delivery.

You will immediately receive your first email notification when your order has been placed and paid.  A second email will be sent to notify you that your item/items are being shipped. 

Finch.Shop is not liable for situations out of our control such as inclement weather, incorrect provided addresses or USPS lost packages.  If your items are lost or damaged during transit, you must file a claim with USPS.

*IMPORTANT TO NOTE:  ORDERS CANNOT BE CANCELLED AFTER THEY ARE PLACED*

RETURNS

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Finch.Shop pride ourselves on customer satisfaction and will do our absolute best to make your shopping experience a positive one.

We only offer store credit for returns.  We do not issue refunds to the original method of payment.  Store Credit expires within one year.  We get new styles often and hope we can assist you in finding something new if your purchase does not work out.  

Additional Return Details

  • We only offer STORE CREDIT for returns.
  • The amount of your store credit is only for the item(s) you purchased and does not include the shipping.
  • Merchandise must be returned within 21 days of the fulfillment date.
  • Merchandise must be unwashed and unworn.
  • Store credit cannot be applied to future purchases until the return is processed. 
  • FINAL SALE items are not eligible for Returns or Exchanges.
